Food Manufacturing Assistant

We are seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our food production team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for packing, portioning, and picking products in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Packing: Work on a fast-paced line with repetitive actions and moving parts.
- Portioning: Work on a line with repetitive actions and moving parts; run food to different areas.
- Pick to Light: Picking and packing products from a light system; lifting, pushing, and pulling racks and boxes.
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy doing repetitive work and like to know what your work is every day.
- Knowledge of handling food products appropriately and within strict hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a cold environment (factory set at 8°C).
- Great eye for detail and take pride in your work and your team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Own transport (some shifts start or finish when there is no public transport available).
- Preferred previous experience in pick/pack or process work.
