At Healthscope, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in the ICU, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with healthcare teams.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Postgraduate certificate in ICU/CCU or equivalent experience.
- Proven clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-functioning team.
