
Inspiring Young Minds as an Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Educational Leader to guide curriculum development and support the learning journey of children in your designated room.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective implementation of the ELYF curriculum, and demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and support co-workers in their professional development.
The successful applicant will hold a Degree in Early Childhood Teaching as recognised by the Australian Children's Education and Care Authority or an approved Diploma level qualification in Children's Services, along with NSW accredited Teacher status and current First Aid Certificate.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective implementation of the ELYF curriculum suitable to the needs and interests of children in care
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and support co-workers in their professional development
- Degree in Early Childhood Teaching as recognised by the Australian Children's Education and Care Authority (mandatory), OR an approved Diploma level qualification in Children's Services as identified by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority
