Key Responsibilities:
  • Take customer inquiries and service bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Consult with customers and service technicians to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
  • Generate additional sales of labour and accessories through effective communication and upselling.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless customer service and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar automotive role, preferably in a dealership environment.
  • Positive attitude, motivated, and a team player.
  • Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Organized, proactive, and good time management skills.
  • Sound mechanical knowledge and experience with Pentana or similar DMS systems.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.
