To achieve this, we offer a fast-track program that enables you to obtain your license in just a few weeks. Additionally, we sponsor pre-licensing classes for suitable candidates.

Sales Platforms:

  • Choose from Virtual Sales (telesales and/or Zoom video sales) or Face-To-Face sales

Business Model: Our lead-driven approach means no cold calling, door-to-door sales, or similar tactics. We work with clients who have expressed interest in learning more about life insurance through digital or physical forms. We adhere to ethical practices, focusing on selling burial life insurance policies for seniors, cash value life insurance, and traditional mortgage protection.

Compensation: Our agents typically start at 70% commission and can earn up to 140%. This represents the highest starting compensation in the industry, outperforming traditional companies that often start agents at 25% or 40% commission.

Requirements:

  • Pass a background check and be at least 18 years old to get licensed
  • No prior sales experience or degree required to start
  • Pass the state license exam if not already licensed
