RACV Hobart Hotel is currently seeking a skilled and energetic Food and Beverage Attendant to join their team on a casual basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

As a key contributor to the wider culinary service team, you will play a vital role in elevating the guest experience at RACV Hobart Apartment Hotel. We are looking for someone with strong product knowledge across culinary service standards, beer, wine, spirits/cocktails, and a passion for local produce.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Food and Beverage Attendant;
  • Previous experience working in a hotel or resort environment;
  • Previous barista skills highly desirable;
  • Valid RSA essential and other relevant hospitality qualifications highly regarded;
  • The availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

We offer:

  • A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum;
  • Weekend & evening penalties;
  • Discounts on RACV products & services, including our portfolio of 8 resorts;
  • On-going training, mentoring, and career development opportunities.
