About Our Community Hub

We're seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our retail team as Customer Service Officers. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer experiences through sales and service transactions
  • Manage high-value transactions with ease, handling cash, credit cards, and EFTPOS payments
  • Process identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews
  • Promote products and services through up-selling, cross-selling, merchandising, and promotional activities
  • Assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs
  • Build rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs
  • Conduct administrative duties, such as stocktaking and record maintenance

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and/or cash handling
  • Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for shifts
