About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team, with a focus on Planned Service Agreements (PSA). The role will involve industry networking, driving growth via new recurring service business opportunities, developing 'New PSA' offerings, and establishing budgets.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has exceptional customer-facing skills
  • Proven sales skills and ability to identify customer needs and priorities
  • 5+ years' experience in HVAC, BMS or Security
  • Demonstrates financial and business acumen
  • Knowledge and ability to embrace current industry technologies
  • Strong pipeline management skills
  • Proven track record in delivering strong results
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong established network in the local market
