Job Title: Aged Care Support Associate

This role is ideal for Nurses and support staff who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our Residential Aged Care clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
  • To work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver person-centered care and promote resident independence.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports related to resident care and services provided.

Requirements:

  • Australian Working Rights.
  • Valid AHPRA Registration (for Nurses). Min 6+ months experience within Aged Care in Australia.
  • Experience working in Residential aged care.
  • Two relevant professional references.
  • Driver with own car.
  • Recent National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain).
  • Current CPR Certificate, HLTAID009 (or willing to obtain).
