Senior Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Human Capital team, specialising in Agile transformation and organisation design. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their business goals through effective people strategy and organisation design.
Key Responsibilities- Assess organisations using analytical tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement tailored roadmaps for clients to accelerate their agility journey
- Provide coaching and training to clients on Agile principles and practices
- Work with clients to design and implement Agile team structures and processes
- Measure and report on the outcomes of client agility journeys
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices
- Experience in coaching and managing individuals or small teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate strategic goals into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Proven quality assurance and attention to detail
