Junior and Mid Level Data Analyst

This role involves analysing master data sets, troubleshooting data issues and working with a leading company based in Sydney, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop expertise in SQL skills to profile the data.
- Analyse, Profile and systematically present the data for business and management team understanding.
- Execute ETL development and Data Migration tasks.
- Interpret the functional aspect of data & reporting aspect of data.
- Present the data to business and consumers of the data, qualifying scope and highlighting gaps/issues on data from Source.
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets.
- Collaborate with teams within the business, Solution team or Technical team to establish business needs.
- Document the data mapping rules for migration.
- 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis & Development experience - Junior role.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis & Development experience - Mid role.
- Expertise in SSIS, SSRS and data profiling/analysis, SQL, and data deduplication/cleansing processes.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to analyse and critically evaluate gathered information to resolve conflicts, anticipate issues and make priority decisions.
- Effective Interpersonal and communication skills to manage and influence key relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in Health Cover and insurance domain is desirable but not mandatory.
- Relevant degree in IT industry.
- Certification in Relevant Technologies.
