The organisation designs, develops and delivers standardised core mental health skills training and resources. Products include face-to-face workshops, blended learning and courses with both face-to-face and eLearning, and an accredited nationally recognised training workshop.
The mission is to grow, develop and nurture a skilled sustainable mental health workforce. A quality recovery-focused approach to mental health care is provided.
In this role you will use expert-level knowledge and experience of contemporary research practices. You will guide and inform the development of key university and research collaborative relationships.
- Advice and direction are provided to the Director and the Research Manager using well-developed knowledge and skills in the area of research.
- Staff are directed, led and mentored to complete research, evaluation and project activities.
- Experience in leading high-level research projects and developing partnerships with research stakeholders is required.
