Charitable Trust Administrator

This role entails administering trust accounts with precision, ensuring clients receive an exceptional service while maintaining adherence to business and regulatory guidelines.
About the Position:- Manage a portfolio of philanthropic accounts, administering them in accordance with governing documents, compliance, legislation, and company policies on a governance and commercial basis
- Foster a comprehensive understanding of client needs and circumstances to effectively address trust management requirements
- Contribute significantly to achieving high levels of internal and external client satisfaction
- Collaborate with specialist teams to enhance service delivery, client experience, improve business processes, and procedures
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in charities/NFP legislative environments is desired
- Experience working in a client-centric business environment
- Fiduciary knowledge
- An understanding of risk and compliance obligations in a Financial Services environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective client and stakeholder (internal & external) management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Influencing, negotiating, and decision-making skills
