Christmas Casual Sales Assistant Job Description

As a globally recognised brand, we strive to push the boundaries of design while staying true to our heritage dating back to 1966.

We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our team for this Christmas season. You will support the management team in driving sales and operational excellence and play an integral part in the store's success.

The role involves providing excellent customer service in-store with premium product, working part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets, processing large volumes of stock, picking and packing click and dispatch orders, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times to sell to customers.

  • Work amongst premium product alongside fellow passionate and dedicated sneakerheads.
  • Opportunity to progress within the business and receive ongoing training and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture is required.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment is necessary.
  • Self-motivation and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs are essential.
