We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our outbound team and drive sales growth in the Australian market. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for qualifying our value proposition to prospective customers and developing new business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive new business growth
- Identify and prospect potential customers, initiate contact, and build relationships through email, phone, and social media channels
- Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present the value proposition of our solutions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and target markets
- Work closely with our marketing team to optimise messaging and campaign strategies
- Collaborate with other sales team members to develop and execute sales proposals and presentations
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights
