Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic professional to lead the next phase of our Employer Partnerships Team.

The successful candidate will engage with employers nationally to source and co-create tailored employment opportunities for veterans and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with employers to develop innovative solutions for veteran employment.
  • Educate employers on the value of veteran talent in the workforce.
  • Build strong networks and community relationships to expand our reach and impact.
  • Develop program frameworks and business processes to ensure a consistent service is provided to employers, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to identify and nurture employer partnerships.

This role requires a deep understanding of the not-for-profit sector and the ability to create long-term pathways for veterans and their families.
