Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Business Analyst

Job Description:

  • Lead the analysis, requirements gathering and re-engineering of business processes for cybersecurity-related programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive business cases, requirements, epics and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to ensure secure effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the uplift of business analysis practices and frameworks including Agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate workshops and forums to address business challenges and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Ensure alignment of business analysis activities with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time within budget.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience.
  • Strong experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives working with multidisciplinary teams to manage risk and ensure compliance.
  • Proven ability in business process re-engineering system integration and developing business cases including financial modelling.
  • Excellent analytical conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
