Job Summary:
- We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to our residents.
- The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for working with older people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clinical care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor care staff to promote best practices in aged care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
About You:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in aged care or similar healthcare settings (desirable).
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs.
- A genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as above award rates and tax-free allowances.
