About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Orange Grove Care Community.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and culinary skills. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for creating nutritious meals and snacks in line with our food services program.

You will work closely with our culinary team to develop seasonal menus that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary requirements of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Commercial Cooking or trade qualification, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create delicious and nutritious meals and snacks for our customers
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal menus in collaboration with the culinary team
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Schedule staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cooking or trade qualification
