We are looking for an experienced Operational Audit & Compliance Team Manager to join our team. As a key contact with the Client Engagement and Strategy team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful management of our key employer assurance programs and executing contractual requirements that impact GRS Operations.

This role involves managing a team responsible for direct audit activity within the GRS Operations space, focusing on regulatory and contractual compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Audit Management, with experience in working with external stakeholders and ensuring business needs are met in all interactions. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to engage with stakeholders at various levels.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, novated lease benefits, and access to a broad range of learning and development programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a view of the key outcomes from audits that require change to GRS operations and working with operational leaders to determine the steps required to implement any changes.
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across multiple areas of MMS, including Tax and Compliance, Client Strategy and Engagement, and Business Systems.
  • Managing a team towards achieving team-based and individual KPIs, conducting one-on-one and team meetings to assist in the development of a high-performing team.
