Mobile Device Customer Support Specialist

At our retail stores, we're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be confident in your ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team and provide outstanding support to customers with their mobile device needs.
A key member of our team, you will contribute to achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their queries, and maintaining a positive store environment. You will also have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job training and coaching.
