We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at Five Point Recruitment. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of small and larger repairs to our occupied properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out roofing and flat roofing repairs, including relaying slate, working with a wide range of tiles, lead flashing, pointing to verges and chimney stacks, fascia and soffit repairs, and rainwater goods.
- Using fibre-glass coating for repairs and having experience with lead work, valleys, and flashing.
- Working effectively in a building and/or housing maintenance environment, including knowledge of a varied housing stock.
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment.
- Knowledge of a varied housing stock.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
