We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Workforce Australia Services Mentor. As a Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping job seekers achieve their career goals and secure sustainable employment.
About the Role
Mentors at Asuria work collaboratively with job seekers to identify their strengths and areas for development, creating personalized plans to achieve successful employment outcomes. With a strong focus on customer service and administrative skills, successful Mentors will be able to build strong relationships with job seekers, employers, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with job seekers to understand their career goals and aspirations
- Develop and implement personalized plans to achieve successful employment outcomes
- Provide guidance and support to job seekers to enhance their skills and confidence
- Build strong relationships with employers to secure job placements
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support team goals
What You'll Need
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in computer software
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or recruitment environment (desirable)
- Fluency in Arabic (highly valued)
