Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Visy Recycling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our supply chain strategies, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our logistics and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and company objectives
  • Manage supply chain cost reporting, including budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the recycling or environmental services industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Commercial planning and project management experience, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Understanding of inventory flows, S&OP principles, transport scheduling, route optimization, and compliance
  • High level of computer and software literacy, including MS SAP, Excel, and Power BI
