Production Team Member

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Team Member to join our team at the Peats Ridge facility. As a vital member of our production crew, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our water processing, bottling, and cooler refurbishment lines.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and inclusive team where you will receive ongoing support and training to operate high-speed production equipment. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday with core hours of 6am - 2pm.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize the production area on a daily basis
  • Execute CIP & COP routines efficiently
  • Rotate between various activities such as Robot loading with forklift, visual inspection of bottles, QC testing and Water cooler refurbishment
  • Monitor production steps, resolve and escalate issues that impact production targets and food safety and quality
What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred; experience in the beverage manufacturing industry will be an advantage)
  • Demonstrate collaboration, teamwork, communication, time management, problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality/Safety/Environmental principles
  • Basic computer skills using Microsoft Package
  • A valid forklift license ideal, or willingness to obtain one
  • An enthusiastic team player who enjoys working across multiple roles
