Are you looking for a dynamic and challenging role where you can utilize your exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences? National Storage is seeking a motivated and results-driven Store Consultant to join our team in Coffs Harbour.

As a Store Consultant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, conducting centre tours, and ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety. You will also be required to perform general administration duties such as managing customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong sales and customer service orientation, a passion for delivering exceptional results, and a willingness to learn and grow with the business. A driver's license and car are essential requirements, while a forklift license is highly desirable. You will work on a rotating roster, including every second Saturday from 9:00am-2:00pm.

About the Role:

  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers to provide them with the best possible storage solutions.
  • Your key responsibilities will include conducting centre tours, maintaining centre presentation, and performing administrative tasks.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
