Executive Sales and Marketing Leader

We are seeking an accomplished sales and marketing business leader with proven experience in residential volume home building.

  • Demonstrated success in a senior sales & marketing leadership role.
  • Experience leading multi-brand portfolios and high-performing teams.
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles and a proven ability to define and reposition brands.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a growth mindset.
  • A deep understanding of customer and brand experience in the building sector.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong industry relationships.

Responsibilities

The General Manager of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share through effective strategy and execution. This includes:

  1. Leading and mentoring a team of sales and marketing leaders across multiple brands.
  2. Developing and implementing customer-focused initiatives.
  3. Overseeing brand and customer engagement initiatives.
  4. Strengthening and managing relationships with developers and external partners.
  5. Monitoring and optimizing sales performance, customer experience, and marketing ROI.
  6. Contributing to executive leadership and business-wide strategic decision-making.
