About the Role

UGL is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team on the Esso Decommissioning Project in the Bass Strait. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on heavy diesel engines, pumps, and generators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas
  • Experience with diagnostics, fault finding, and general maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, diagrams, and specifications
  • High levels of attention to detail and great time management skills
  • Ability to work within a team and unsupervised
  • Genuine concern for safety
