Carpet Cleaning Technician - Contractor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated carpet cleaning technician to join our team as a contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to domestic and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert carpet cleaning services to domestic and commercial clients
  • Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
  • Preparing daily paperwork and receiving payments from customers
  • Positively recommending additional products and services to customers
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Own vehicle and equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Employment history demonstrating a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Benefits:

  • Performance bonuses and commissions paid on a weekly basis
  • 20% commission for up-sales
  • 10% commission for closed business deals
  • Contractor percentage to be discussed during initial and final interview
