At our organization, we strive to cultivate a culture that values diverse skills and perspectives. We are seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and client training skills. They will be highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective prioritization and time management abilities.
- Manage post-sales onboarding, administration, and relationship management for key clients.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned accounts and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with development, data operations, research, and marketing teams to gather client feedback and inform product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Head of Client Success and Account Management team to develop and implement client engagement, retention, and renewal strategies.
- Assist the Technical Sales team with identifying sales opportunities, client prospecting, upsell opportunities, and cross-product solutions.
- Provide operational support, monitor product usage, and assist with client reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred but not essential.
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or client services in financial services, technology, media, information service vendors, insurance, investment management, or superannuation.
- Strong client service, account management, and engagement skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within the client organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client training skills required.
- Highly organized workflow with strong attention to detail, effective prioritization, and time management.
