The Role

We are seeking an experienced team member to play a critical role in our Operations Support Team. Based in our Cannon Hill office, you will be responsible for managing employee on-boarding processes, site entry and induction requirements, uniform ordering, and loading employees into client portals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate on-boarding processes
  • Ensure site entry and induction requirements are met
  • Manage uniform ordering and loading employees into client portals
  • Liaise with recruitment teams and site based operations for a smooth new starter experience

Your Skills

  • Experience in on-boarding and/or site mobilisations
  • Coordination and administration of induction processes
  • Staffing, rostering or workforce planning experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service focus with flexible approach and attitude
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet competing priorities
