Are you a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients? We are seeking an experienced After Hours Nurse Manager to join our team at Buderim Private Hospital.

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead by example, providing exceptional patient care and supervision to our multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for assessing and responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns, while also promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A current and unconditional AHPRA registration
  • Recent experience as an After-Hours Nurse Manager (desirable)
  • Excellent relationship management and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain relevant clinical expertise, skills and knowledge base to provide leadership within specialty areas
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
