Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the role of Pharmacy Clerk. The successful candidate will assist our pharmacy staff in ensuring the efficient and effective triaging of incoming prescriptions, delivering filled prescriptions to patients, and handling cashier duties.
Responsibilities:- Verify patient information for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct thorough assessments of workload and establish prescription pick-up times to ensure seamless processing.
- Deliver prescriptions to patients, obtain signatures as required, and provide quality customer service at all times.
- Perform cash register duties within the Pharmacy Department with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a professional environment by performing housekeeping duties, replenishing supplies, and upholding confidentiality of patient information.
- Stay current with State and Federal regulations related to employment and adhere to all applicable laws and standards.
- Participate in mandatory training programs and complete other assigned tasks as directed.
