About the Role

Australian Regional & Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position working from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including welcoming guests and visitors, rostering and diary management, stock and stationery orders, invoicing, and petty cash management.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
