We are seeking a skilled Brows Specialist to provide high-quality microblading services to our clients.

As a Brows Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and creating bespoke eyebrows that complement your clients' facial features and desired aesthetic.

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences and expectations.
• Utilise microblading techniques to create customised eyebrow shapes that meet individual client needs.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations and sterilisation protocols.
• Provide aftercare instructions to clients and ensure they understand how to properly care for their eyebrows post-treatment.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalised service.

• Certification or training in microblading from a reputable institution or accredited program.
• Proven experience as a Brows Specialist, with a portfolio showcasing successful work.
• Strong artistic skills and attention to detail, with the ability to customise eyebrow shapes to suit individual clients' preferences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen to clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, colour theory, and facial symmetry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate client appointments.
