We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Lead Educator. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an educational program that fosters children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team in developing and implementing a curriculum that promotes children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Prioritize children's health and safety, ensuring a secure and nurturing environment.
  • Engage in joyful and educational activities that inspire a love for learning.
  • Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
  • A current Qld Blue Card.
  • A passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and good nutrition for children.
  • An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
