This role presents an opportunity to work on a wide range of transactional and regulated legal matters, driving Australia's transition to net zero.

About the Role
  • Lead and support the negotiation, drafting and review of various commercial contracts including EPC contracts, supply and install contracts, balance of plant contracts, PPAs/offtake agreements, connection agreements, and O&M agreements.
  • Provide advice on land acquisitions, planning approvals, and general commercial matters such as NDAs, consultancy agreements, services agreements, and disputes.
  • Manage external counsel and provide support.
  • Offer advice on regulatory matters like FIRB, Australian Financial Services Licences and Critical Infrastructure.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, including developing precedent contracts, adopting new processes, and delivering training to the team.
