Senior Research Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Research Analyst, where you will play a key role in delivering business-focused insights to our clients. As a member of our product team, you will be responsible for producing and delivering insights to clients, liaising with clients on their needs, and overseeing question drafting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advance the depth and actionability of insights provided to clients, ensuring timely delivery that exceeds expectations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client's strategic priorities and how they can be addressed through our research.
- Oversee and provide feedback on output produced by junior team members, including drafted survey questions, analysis, and client presentations.
- Identify and implement innovative research approaches and methodologies.
- Conduct training on Q, analysis techniques, and ensure the smooth running of business-focused programs in Australia and New Zealand.
- Be a key point of contact for clients with questions on delivered or potential research.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve client service and enhance client value.
- Deliver client presentations virtually or in-person.
- Support Client Success in attending client calls to take client briefs and write analysis plans.
- Produce marketing and sales collateral.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a research agency environment or research role.
- Experience working with banks and financial services providers.
- Experience delivering presentations to clients or a desire to do so.
- Experience using data and research software such as SPSS and Q.
- Experience using data and research to deliver customer insights.
- Experience managing primary research from design through delivery.
- Experience working with external panel suppliers.
- Ability to focus on client service above all else.
- Desire to work independently in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial focus.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and think outside the box.
