This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading brand, develop your sales and marketing skills, and build strong relationships with store managers. As a Casual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for representing Nestl\u00e9 in the Grocery channel, negotiating and selling displays to optimize store presence for our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Nestl\u00e9 in the Grocery channel and negotiate and sell displays to optimize store presence for our products.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and represent Nestl\u00e9 with pride, positivity, and passion.
  • Work autonomously and be supported by a Territory Sales Manager.
  • Have a current, valid driver's license and a safe reliable motor vehicle.
  • Be physically able to lift stock for building of displays and utilize Nestl\u00e9's creative point of sale.
  • Be proficient using a mobile device to collate data and photograph displays.
  • Live within the designated Area.
  • Be able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Ambitious and well-presented individual with a passion for sales and marketing.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Wednesday to Friday and additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods.
  • Full Australian working rights.
