Role Overview:

Job Description:

Victoria's road network management is undergoing a transformation. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our pre-works planning, scheduling, and preparation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Planning & Optimisation Manager to develop the annual Routine Maintenance Program.
  • Create an optimised Routine Maintenance schedule that meets Section 750 requirements.
  • Evaluate, refine, and implement Pre-Works processes aligned with Section 750 requirements and data management standards.
  • Coordinate the creation and dispatch of work packs, including traffic management and access requirements.
  • Oversight and development of Pre-Works team members, ensuring effective performance and engagement.
About You:
  • Experience in road maintenance or civil works planning and coordination.
  • A strong inclusive approach to team management and development.
  • Robust understanding of asset management principles.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
