Job Title

A Digital Content Manager is pivotal to the experience transformation, with a dual focus on driving compelling, seamless, and intuitive experiences across digital platforms.

  • Leading a small, high-performing team of content designers and specialists to uphold best-in-class standards in content design and governance.

The successful candidate will have 7–10 years' experience in digital content, UX writing, or content design roles across complex digital products and environments. They will also have experience working in regulated industries.

This individual will be a strong writer, editor, and proofreader, with a deep understanding of content strategy, content architecture, and digital user experience. Proficiency in using CMS platforms, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools is required.
