As a Regional Injury Management Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of VIC workers' compensation injuries and claims
- Implementing and maintaining effective injury management and return-to-work strategies
- Developing graded return-to-work plans for complex injuries and assisting managers with suitable duty options
You will also provide training for line managers on proactive workplace rehabilitation and early intervention, actively manage healthcare and occupational rehabilitation providers, and conduct Job Task Analysis for selected roles across VIC.
