We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team at JPS Medical Recruitment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to healthcare professionals in primary care settings.
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients with complex health needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between healthcare services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in primary care, and apply this knowledge to inform clinical decision-making.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary health care or a related field.
- ALS and PALS Certification (in last 12 months)
- Neonatal ALS Certification
- MEC/TNCC/REC Certification
- RAN or RIPRN Certification
- Understanding Immunisation Certificate
