About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Driver to lead our Airside team in Perth. As a key member of our Customer Delivery department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate team members to meet productivity and performance criteria.
  • Assist supervision of catering trucks to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
  • Lead by example and perform all duties of a Driver.
  • Train and induct new workers within the designated work area.
  • Organize and coordinate work within the team.
  • Perform administrative and reporting duties as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on leadership and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Valid ASIC card and Australian state/territory MR or greater driver's license.
  • Flexibility in working around flight schedules (7-day roster).
