About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team in a clinical leadership role. As a senior therapist, you will provide comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, and reports for clients of all ages. You will also provide supervision to other Speech Pathologists, supporting them with clinical reasoning and recommendations to provide optimal outcomes for their clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, and reports for clients of all ages.

  • Support the development of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's clinical strategy.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • 3+ years' experience working as a Speech Pathologist within the private or public sector.
  • Experience providing clinical supervision and support.
  • SPA Registration.
  • NDISWC/WWCC (or willingness to apply).
  • A current Australian driver's licence and ability to travel with your own vehicle.
