**Event Coordinator Role**

The Event Coordinator will support events by providing project and administrative support and assistance with the staging of events.

This role encompasses events across sponsorship programs, conferences, exhibitions, graduations and presentations, community and industry merchandise stands, supporter and fundraising campaigns, client programmes and campus facility tours.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support event planning, logistics, and delivery.

- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, menu planning, dietary requirements, and other related details which provide participants with a positive event experience.

- Manage event budget/expense management, venue preparation/dispatch of invitations: materials, booking systems, travel, and communications with attendees.

- Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure events are equipped with necessary items, catering, event supplies organised and presented to form a positive and effective event presentation.

- Manage the welfare of all talent (including dogs and puppies) for each event.

- Attend events to assist with set up, bump in, and be present until the end of the event, as required.

- Coordinate photography and videography activities, including booking and briefing the photographer, organising photographs upload, order, printed and dispatched to stakeholders in a timely manner.

- Produce run sheets and briefing documents for employees and volunteers for each event.

- Ensure risk assessments for all events are implemented and completed in accordance with policy and Work Health and Safety specialist recommendations.
