Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to drive the success of our store by achieving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • To develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer experience.
  • To manage inventory levels, maintain visual displays, and optimize stock replenishment processes.
  • To build strong relationships with customers, trade partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • To recruit, onboard, and coach new team members, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge required for success.
  • To provide regular feedback, motivation, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
  • To foster a safe working environment and ensure all staff adhere to safe working procedures.

  • You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • You are results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • You have experience in inventory management, stock control, and supply chain optimization.
  • You are a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement plans to drive business growth.
