Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers, leveraging your technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges and support our managed services team globally.

  • You will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, configuring, and upgrading Linux server systems and/or cloud-managed services and applications.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting Linux server systems and/or cloud systems, providing in-depth technical guidance and assistance.
  • Solving specialized issues and eliminating malfunctions in close cooperation with software suppliers.
  • Analyzing monitoring events, identifying performance bottlenecks, and taking measures to optimize operations.
  • Creating comprehensive technical documentation from scratch.
  • Coordinating collaboration with the customer and participating in meetings.

We are seeking an experienced and autonomous professional who can contribute their expertise in Linux cluster solutions, container platforms, automation tools, databases, and collaboration solutions to our global team.
