Are you a pet enthusiast with excellent customer service skills? We are seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team in our Mandurah store.


Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to make recommendations to customers
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining the appearance of the store
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions
