The Opportunity

As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating therapy services for children and families. This will involve:

  • Conducting standardised clinical assessments to determine goals and areas of need
  • Developing functional, routine-based goals with clients and families
  • Providing therapy interventions and resources to clients and families
  • Reviewing progress formally with clients and families to celebrate achievements and set new priorities
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications with current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Passion for making a difference and a focus on making therapy fun and engaging for families
  • Experience in completing assessments and therapy for children and adolescents
  • Compliance with Speech Pathology Australia registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 vaccination certificate or exemption, First Aid Training, and Driver's License
